How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Emerge. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Emerge, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase. If you still have issues, contact us.

Is my data private?

Yes, 100%. All your data stays on your device. We never upload your journal entries, progress, or any personal information to our servers. No account is required to use Emerge.

How does the 90-day program work?

Emerge guides you through a science-backed 90-day brain rewiring journey. Research shows it takes about 90 days to form new neural pathways. Track your progress, make daily commitments, use AI coaching, and earn badges as you hit milestones.

What if I relapse?

Recovery isn't linear. If you slip, Emerge helps you reset and continue your journey without judgment. Use the AI coach for immediate support, and remember that every day clean is progress.

Is Emerge available on Android?

Currently, Emerge is only available on iPhone. We're considering Android and iPad based on user demand.
